I was able to book an appointment by visiting the Reception for the same morning.

Immediate access to dressings nurse after GP appointment.

Needed an urgent appointment and was given one the same day with the nurse from the Duty Team. She was courteous, thorough and expert. As a result I have recovered quickly. We'll done.

In marked contrast to the above, I sought to book a blood test requested by the Nephrologist at Worthing Hospital 10 days in advance at the Glebe surgery, only to be told that they no longer do blood tests for the hospital and that they had no appointments in that time. This resulted in two trips to Worthing Hospital one to book an appointment and the second to attend. Is this a satisfactory service?
