Trying to get an appointment is massively stressful to the point I don’t even bother when I probably should. This appointment came via text with options so nice and easy.

Flu clinic was exceptionally well run on Saturday. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the earlier text message to say car park was full. Thanks to everyone.
