I was on the phone for an hour then I was next in line and because it was 1 pm I was cut off. My Son had the exact same experience on Friday it is so annoying.
Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that you have experienced these problems. We are aware that there are currently long waits to get through to us on the phone, and that patients are being cut off. It is a long-standing issue that we have tried to resolve with our current phone company but they have been unable to locate the problem. We will be moving to a new phone system by the end of the year that should give all our patients a better experience.
My experience to have my flu jab was very good. The Dr & nurse were kind & informative.
Regarding app, no i find myself getting very frustrated trying to obtain an app for my Dr
Can’t always get to see a doctor, while I appreciate that they are really busy, it is reassuring to discuss my medical issues with a doctor.
Very difficult waiting time for answer to telephone last time queue no 8 took 45 mins.
Appreciate surgery works hard given drs away on maternity or holiday however never ring unless it us necessary.
Very pleased with the nursing staff who gave me my flu jab. They were very understanding and made me fell relaxed.
