I was able to get appointments with both the GP and the Wounds Nurse by visiting reception - far easier than trying to organise on the telephone.

Appointment is easy to schedule, however availability is very limited at times.

Not sure, availability is tricky as is impacted from number of staff and demand, so there is so much you can do taking the consideration the above factors.

I was called in for a blood test. I had missed calls on both my mobile and landline and a voicemail message asking me to phone back. I got through fairly quickly and was able to make an appointment for a week later. On the day I was seen quickly and received the result via Patientsknowbest the same afternoon

The voicemail gave no indication of the reason for the call which caused some anxiety. I appreciate the need for discretion but in this case some indication that it was for a routine check would have been welcome
