It took 3 weeks plus to see my GP face to face. Understandable in the current times but disappointing and worrying, especially as we’re getting older and thus have more issues.

I wish you could but fear your hands are tied.

I came for a blood test. I was called in on time. The nurse was very pleasant and friendly.

Overall the surgery is excellent, however sometimes the overly long wait on the phone to make an appointment is annoying. I do wish the online booking facility was available. It would also be useful to be able to cancel an appointment online, so that you do not have to wait for the phone to be answered.

If having an appointment at 8.30am, it would be nice for the staff to open the surgery at 8.25 or earlier, to allow time to log in, remove coats etc., if the weather is bad, it is a pain to be standing outside at the exact time your appointment is due.
