You can always get an appointment with doctor Sherwell but possibly not for up to a week
But if it’s urgent they will fit in a telephone consultation
I think that’s good

You have a male receptionist who was horrible to me and spoke very loudly and upset me and embarrassed me

Never easy to get appt waiting times up to 2 weeks

Dr Newsome is outstanding with me. Great manner, never judges, always checks I am happy with the medical plan. Also asks about my family and shows a personal touch. He is an outstanding example of a GP.

It’s very hard to get an appointment, I waited 15 minutes for my call to be answered and then was told there were no appointments with a doctor so I had to see a nurse.
