Bit of a wait on telephone but once answered query dealt with quickly and appt booked that day.
Appt almost on time.
Nurse very helpful and knowledgeable, very easy to talk to.
Very lucky to have such a good surgery.

Easy enough if you are prepared to queue for at least 20 min on the phone

Advised by A&E on discharge to contact GP. Explained when called & was given an appt that morning. Saw GP who was thorough, made appropriate referrals whilst I was there. Explained the process & answered any questions I had. Excellent service all round as usual.
