Even though there were very few patients in the waiting area, my appointment was nearly 40 minutes late! Bad start. Reception and doctor would good and friendly

Keep better on time... if I was 40 minutes late, the appointment would have been cancelled. Double standards.

The receptionists always do their best to accommodate you if u can’t see a GP then one will call you and in my case a prescription was sent to boots and a plan put in place I needed further treatment 4 days later and an appt was made that day to see my GP

I find you have to wait a long time to have rhe phone answered at certain times.although I understand why and also very long waits to see,a doctor. But having said that, it's the same all over. I think overall the GLEBE does a fantastic job and I am so glad to be registered there.

I was hoping I could have someone come to me to take my stitches out as my foot and leg were so swollen I couldn't get a shoe on. I didn't realise this was no longer an option. although I am elderly and vulnerable an the hospital told me it was.. I'm not on your list appareny. . I managed to get there with a struggle and help. The Nurse was lovely kind and gentle, as it was quite painful.
