I had to hold on for about 10 minutes to book an appointment over the phone.

Waited for half an hour to see doctor. Appointment was at 11 and I was seen at 11.30.

The nurses administering his vaccinations were extremely knowledgable and helpful. My baby went to the toilet just before and they let me go into a separate room to sit and change him, feed him and stay in there for as long as I needed. Both rooms were spotless. the staff always make the experience enjoyable.

I could make the appointment online without having to spend hours waiting for reception to pick up.

There had been a power cut just before our appointment and we were told that the internet was not working. Without the internet we could not have our appointment. So we had to wait and see if the internet reconnected. Why don’t you get a generator to kick in if power cuts are so disruptive to appointments.

I made appointment well in advance for a review with Doctor Sherwell. Dr Sherwell is a fabulous doctor, he is so caring and cautious. I had a shipping order of four ailments and he really didn’t mind.

I used to be able to get appointment within a few days but now it takes weeks. I don’t understand what has changed.
