I had to wait 45mins for my appointment making me late for another commitment.
Suggested improvements
Inform of late running of appointments and offer an alternative
Ensure the doctors don't have too many appointments and if things aren't urgent suggest phone call appointment.

Because I said I was happy with a phone call, but receptionist listened to me and found an appointment less than a week away.

Ongoing treatment. I received a reminder by text the day before and after the treatment the nurse made my next appointment. The treatment itself was painless.

I was quite satisfied with everything. The question about getting an appointment was not applicable . The surgery rang me to make the appointment.

Nothing. However I am not sure that I can see the benefit of such tick box questionnaires. Are they made compulsory by CQC which is a body in which I have little or no confidence?
