Generally easier to visit to make an appointment rather than wait in a long, slow telephone queue.

Easy to get a nurse appointment but not a dr appointment reception staff including Louise excellent and caring.
Never get follow up when have blood test etc

Give results left week of blood pressure reading as requested as BP high and had blood test but no feedback

Telephone appointment happened as scheduled.
Issues under discussion were resolved, and Dr Newsom was excellent as usual.

Mulled wine and mince pies would be appreciated. It's nearly Christmas !

Got an appointment same day and was 2nd in the phone queue when trying to make the appointment which was either lucky or the system has vastly improved.

Dr C Woodhams was exceptionally helpful. I could not have had better service from anyone
