Because the surgery has always been good to me, staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help in anyway they can. Dr Woodhams is one of the best doctors I have ever had always so pleased to see you and is very caring and understanding and will do all she possibly can to help you. No one like her I have seen, she has been my rock especially coping with my accident and always makes you welcome.

Our family has been registered with Glebe surgery for 14 years. Always been extremely well organised with prompt responses and prioritisation of medical issues when needed. All staff are professional, friendly and organised. Anecdotally amongst friends and family around the country, I don’t know anyone who can get an appointment/ phone consultation so quickly. Especially impressive given the current GP staffing levels.

I was asked to go into surgery to have a conversation about my prescription of sertraline. The doctor listened to my experiences before I started to take the drug and listen to my experiences of taking it, and in no way make me feel under any kind of pressure to make any decision it was a neutral conversation about what was best for me and how to proceed forward. It was a very positive experience and I came away feeling happy with the plan.

Everything was fine
