I tried ringing waiting to make appointment for a blood test etc. In the queue I was no.5. When it came to being number 1 in the queue, a message asked me to ring back tomorrow. A bit annoying after hanging on for several minutes.

I’ve had nothing but the best care from Dr Ellis, she has been my GP for 5 yrs and knows me very well.
She cares, she listens, she lets you talk and takes on board what you’re saying.
I wouldn’t want anyone else but her to be my GP.

Excellent service with our surgery. Rang at 08.30, got an appt for 11.10 l, same day and medicine for my child at 1300. Can't get better than that! Excellent service!
