The nurses who gave the injections were fantastic. Very organised and cheerful, so much better than other surgeries I’ve heard about. They make a hard visit with a 3 year old much easier!

I was given an appointment with a pharmacist, who failed to call either my landline or my mobile. The mama fed to speak to a very helpful receptionist who said I needed an appointment with my GP , which she made.

Phone me on the stated day.

I made my appointment at the surgery and found the receptionist very helpful.

Having first seen the pharmacist who wondered if there was infection in my hand I went to the surgery and spoke to the receptionist . I subsequently saw a nurse , that morning, who looked at the problem area, putonadressing and advised an appointment with a doctor which was arranged for 3 days later by the receptionist. Dr’s appointment on time, but waiting would not have been a problem, I was v satisfied with the consultation.
