I was given an appointment with a pharmacist, who failed to call either my landline or my mobile. The mama fed to speak to a very helpful receptionist who said I needed an appointment with my GP , which she made.

Phone me on the stated day.

I made my appointment at the surgery and found the receptionist very helpful.

Having first seen the pharmacist who wondered if there was infection in my hand I went to the surgery and spoke to the receptionist . I subsequently saw a nurse , that morning, who looked at the problem area, putonadressing and advised an appointment with a doctor which was arranged for 3 days later by the receptionist. Dr’s appointment on time, but waiting would not have been a problem, I was v satisfied with the consultation.

The nurse was lovely and really put my daughter at ease about her blood test. She made us feel like she had plenty of time for us.

The surgery always try their hardest to give appointments when they’re needed and I never have a problem getting an appointment. They go out of their way to put your mind at ease when something suddenly comes up and I’ve been so grateful especially recently for this from them.
