Telephone line broken so on hold for over an hour before realising!

You are already doing a good job, but great the phone lines are having an upgrade and great you are going back to a doctors seeing patients in real life as so important

I really needed this appointment, I was really worried about my health and the doctor listened to me, no judgment, gave me advice and helped a lot. I’m really grateful. Very lucky to have the glebe doctors and nurses! I’ve seen and spoken to most if not all of them and only had good experiences.

Excellent service, every process works my doctor Sherwell is spot on with great patient care, Nicola the senior nurse really knows her stuff, Nothing is to much trouble
