I have laryngitis- obviously difficult for a phone consult - but your nurse - without examining me - gave me nothing not even advice to help with loss of voice. Which is ongoing

Suggested improvements
Asked me to come in - given me 5 minutes to listen to my chest etc which should have been done. I also have had chemo this summer for blood cancer which has lowered my immune system. I feel that you have not served me well and you should have had a face to face with me. So I still have no voice. But I do have a cough

Dr Sherwell was very good Jazmine and couldn't ask for a better Dr.

Suggested improvements
Just wish Jenny wasn't the way she was. I did and do respect the decision. The letter was meant for Dr Sherwell to thank him and Bonnie for thier help. Without them Jazmine wouldn't have had the benefit of our Dog in places. And it had helped. I didn’t expect the email back from her saying what she said. Especially when she originally said the decision of no was on not trained like a guide dog. To the last email saying it's to do with infection control and nothing to do with trained. I keep emails so I can look back and check what said. I believe it was both. But she forgot about what she said b4. I don't like upsetting people. I was upset with the fact that Jenny was upset with me. She didn't know that Dr Sherwell and Bonnie helped. Jenny I respect your decision right from the start so you didn't need to have sent me an email like you did. I feel you owe me an apology really.
