Dr Sherwell was very good Jazmine and couldn't ask for a better Dr.

Just wish Jenny wasn't the way she was. I did and do respect the decision. The letter was meant for Dr Sherwell to thank him and Bonnie for thier help. Without them Jazmine wouldn't have had the benefit of our Dog in places. And it had helped. I didn’t expect the email back from her saying what she said. Especially when she originally said the decision of no was on not trained like a guide dog. To the last email saying it's to do with infection control and nothing to do with trained. I keep emails so I can look back and check what said. I believe it was both. But she forgot about what she said b4. I don't like upsetting people. I was upset with the fact that Jenny was upset with me. She didn't know that Dr Sherwell and Bonnie helped. Jenny I respect your decision right from the start so you didn't need to have sent me an email like you did. I feel you owe me an apology really.

Did not notice whether all areas were clean or not but probably would have done if not clean! All personnel polite.

Not sure if my GP will return after Christmas. I see someone different every time I come to the Glebe. The Locum DrJenkins was excellent.

I find using the Surgery and it’s services very straightforward. Reception staff always helpful.
