Getting an appointment is becoming easier. In addition to merely putting information onto the relevant NHS app section, might it also be possible to inform the patient that you have done it and also provide comprehendable explanations.

Reception team always friendly and helpful. I've called a couple of times re my 6 month old and service from reception team and the GPs are amazing here. So thankful to have this as our practice

I was a couple of minutes late for my appointment so I was unable to check in using the screen I had to go to the front desk. Would be good even if slightly late to still be able to use the screen so not to disturb the reception team

A previous medical problem re-emerged, the team moved very fast to test for it and get medication in place within 2 days!

Had blood test.results came through so quick on the NHS app. Blood pressure to be sorted so they got in touch within hours to sort out further investigation.
