I called Monday morning to ask about an appointment and request a repeat prescription. I was give an appointment at 5pm that day. Dr Newsome was thorough, kind , understanding. I have a prescription for a chest infection and an appointment for an ECG on Wednesday morning. Couldn’t be more grateful.

Because you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to speak to anyone

Lack of personalisation that existed previously: I was told previously to collect a bpmonitor- no reason: no instruction: no advice on what reading is acceptable and how I should be dealing with results

Didn’t need appointment, receptionist was able to speak to pharmacy team on-site and get my prescription reverted to a previously used drug. Efficient. Polite. Helpful. Everything The Glebe staff always have been. A*****

The receptionist was highly proactive wrt what was regarded as an urgent and worrying health scare whilst Dr Newsom was thorough, engaging and professional in his diagnosis and conclusions .
