I rang for a same day appointment at 8:30am and was offered a telephone consultation with my GP within the hour. This was followed up by a face-to-face with a GP assistant for blood tests within half an hour. The GP then rang with the results early afternoon, arranged a face-to-face consultation at 5, rang the hospital while I was in the room and arranged admission to hospital by 6pm. Highly efficient and excellent care from all members of staff; reception , paramedical and GP. Thanks for sorting me out.

I had lost my voice (dr told me I now have laryngitis) so he spoke to a young girl on reception who was super helpful. They have also changed their hold music to much nicer music. And I am SO lucky to have Dr Sherwell he is simply the best!!! I also needed to take my blood pressure which was really easy to do too.

I am undergoing regular cancer treatment and need a prompt doctors appointment when I am not well. I prefer to see my regular doctor as she knows my case. She is always interested in my progress, helpful, supportive and encouraging.
