I've called twice recently to get an appointment at around 2/3pm and both times have waited around half an hour to get through. I couldn't check in on the screen for some reason but the receptionist was friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 9:10 and somehow the nurse was already running over 10 minutes late, not sure how that's possible! But the nurse was lovely and overall came away happy.

Excellent advice and treatment by my Doctor. The Glebe is a first class surgery coping under very different pressures with the current situations.

Try to improve time to see a Doctor and have a regular one.

Dawn who took my blood was fantastic, didn't even feel the blood taken and no mark at all.
