Called in on Monday. Was given an appointment for 5pm same day. Saw Dr Newsomand after checking me I was given a prescription and also an appointment for a ECG on Wednesday morning. . Completely satisfied with everything.

Nothing that I can think of. All of my treatment has been fantastic. The doctor and nurses are all very supportive and helpful.

I think this surgery is wonderful. They are always helpful, the nurses are kind and gentle and considerate and my Dr is fantastic. I’ve never had such a great experience at a surgery and Glebe should be so proud of how they make their patients feel. It’s unusual in this day and age to feel truly cared for because the NHS is under such a strain (through no fault of their own) but somehow they still manage to do a wonderful job of giving a personal service despite the pressure I know they must be feeling to help everybody to that same level.

I've called twice recently to get an appointment at around 2/3pm and both times have waited around half an hour to get through. I couldn't check in on the screen for some reason but the receptionist was friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 9:10 and somehow the nurse was already running over 10 minutes late, not sure how that's possible! But the nurse was lovely and overall came away happy.
