All went quickly and smoothly

A shorter time to get a face to face appointment would have been appreciated but as the Dr needed to give me some treatment she needed to find time in her diary for a double appointment, I fully understand

Receptionist was very polite and efficient and Dr Sherwell has always been a warm, welcoming and pro active GP. I couldn’t wish for a better doctor.

I was able to get an appointment quickly on the day which I really needed to do.

Getting the prescription to the pharmacy took some sorting out as it still wasn't there at the end of the day. I had to revisit the surgery.

Appointment was on-time. My blood sample was conducted quickly and efficiently. Very friendly but professional nurse.

Results received on NHS APP last night, less than 22 hours, so also an excellent service.
