We had to call 111 on Sunday. The surgery called me the following morning and got me in to see my own Dr within an hour:

As always staff are excellent nothing needs to change

I have had to make a few appointments in the last couple of weeks and have been treated with kindness and respect. I have felt a bit overwhelmed as I am not used to having a health problem and Amy Savastano has been so lovely and patient in explaining and reassuring me. She is an asset to Glebe Surgery.

Went for a COVID jab, and found the nursing staff excellent and very helpful. I was contacted so did not have to make an appointment. I was also sent a reminder. Excellent

Too long wait to get through on telephone, never get an appointment with a GP

Vaccination experience was brilliant but getting appointments and getting to see a doctor not good. I do not want to talk to a doctor on the phone , I would feel happier seeing the same GP all the time so I would have more confidence, as it is I don’t bother
