I'm getting good care because of a combination of my age 57, and health issues, type 2 diabetes, parents dementia history etc.

I've had to come in twice on a number of occasions over the last few years for blood tests, when one visit and a wider testing range would have been more efficient for all concerned.

I got a telephone appointment on the day. Staff were lovely, and Dr Ellis is superb.Very understanding lady and lovely to talk too

Reception helped with an IT query. In addition the nurse giving my injection explained what was needed and why, and carried it out very efficiently.
