It takes a very long time for someone to answer the phone and most of the time it’s a long wait to see a doctor.

I am comparing to my previous surgery, where I had a similar issue a year ago. On that occasion I had to wait a week for an ECG and a month to see a doctor in person. At this surgery both things happened withing a few hours of making contact.
