The booking was straightforward, I was offered and encouraged to take a cancellation with my named GP. I had specifically asked to see her, and no challenge was made to this.

Called on 26/06 and was inItially offered an appointment on 19th July for a situation which I found worrying. Had to email a photograph to get appropriate attention and was then told not to use email! Subsequently seen on 27/06 and was grateful for the consultation.

As it happened, Doctor Taylor identified an additional problem - a skin rash, sent some very helpful information but with advice to use a selenium shampoo which has been withdrawn from sale. Prescribing team came up with an alternative which could only be sourced on Amazon and not in the local pharmacies.

I had found two lumps. The receptionist asked me all the relevant questions to which she asked another member of staff something to confirm what to do to be sure. she got me in the same day to see Dr Ellis who was also lovely and I have now been referred for an ultrasound scan..
