I rang yesterday afternoon and got an appointment straight away, everyone was very helpful. My doctor advised me of the investigations that I would need and by late afternoon the nurse had rung me to arrange them. My doctor talked through options with me and my wife and was very reassuring and helpful

The receptionist was excellent. Very polite and helpful. It had a phone appointment booked, so cannot comment on cleanliness. My phone appointment was during work time. I clearly requested that the doctor only use my work number as I have no connection in my private mobile number. However, no one called my work number. I received two missed calls on my home mobile and a message saying I had missed my appointment. I called the surgery. They assured me the message to use work number was present on my file. I now have to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment, which will mean I have to arrange another emergency prescription before I see the doctor.

Sometimes difficult to see own Gp, however Locum GP was excellent.

Have been satisfied with Glebe Surgery and always have found staff very helpful

Very, very impressed with Dr Heather who was sympathetic and clear in her discussions with me. Not always easy to get an appointment over the phone to see a GP.

It would be helpful if patients could see GPs more quickly.
