My appointment was with Dee Riley, healthcare student access role
Throughout the appt. with a smile.
Put me at ease to record my first ever ecg, and her blood sampling skills technique were spot on
Before recently retiring i taught venepuncture.
Efficient and professional, Dee is a credit to the surgery team.
My appt was with Eva, the clinical pharmacist.
So friendly and kind.
Explained everything and the plan of care.
Being told I had hypertension was upsetting as I have always had a normal readings until recently.
So useful having the role within the gp surgery as pharmacists know so much, good opportunity for all surgeries.
Glad to see Mark in our surgery as one of the team. He was and is, always so cheerful and polite next door in lloyds pharmacy.
Getting an appointment and the receptionist were all great. But have now been waiting almost 2 weeks for detailed results to a urine sample. Antibiotics were prescribed with advice to wait (unless certain symptoms) for the detailed analysis. The chemist next door to the surgery could not fulfil the prescription -said they hadn’t had the tablets for months, so I had to drive all the way to Tesco. Despite not having any other symptoms I did take the antibiotics as I didn’t want to wait any longer. Still not sure what next steps are and if I need to do anything else.
Phoned at 9am 4th in the queue offered appt for 12.15 but opted for a call back. Receptionist very polite & helpful. Dr called back & also very helpful.
