All reception staff are very helpful either on the phone or face to face. All the doctors put their patients fisrt in helping them, especially if a patient has difficulty with antibiotics they will try and help them get the medicine to help them get better

Always a warm and friendly voice at the other side of the phone which puts you at ease, doctors always listen to your views and always a shoulder to cry on if needed
