Brilliant service from reception to medical health professionals.

May you please inform patients whilst still seated in reception area before they enter Dr’s room that there is a student Dr or nurse present. It’s embarrassing to say no to refuse a student in their presence. Is there a better way of calling patients than writing their full name on an electronic board in the waiting area full of other patients?

There is some issues with phone when I rang last time to make an appointment! I was number 4 in queue then operator machine said the surgery is now closed, so I had to call back then from being number 4 in queue changed to number 20.

Overall the staff and the doctors are the best. Very happy for the treatment I have received so far.

My answers are based on my personal experience, and since all the times that I've visited the surgery have be positive, I don't really have much more to add.

As I said previous, for me personally no changes are needed. Obviously I can't speak for other patients, but in my opinion the surgery is good the way it is.

On this occasion I seen Dr Kaur. I felt listened to and that my thoughts and decisions around hrt were heard and respected. I felt supported.

I had an appointment with Dr S. Zamoyski who is a lovely person and an excellent doctor. She is empathetic and compassionate in her approach to healthcare and never fails to leave me feeling informed and reassured. When I am seen by Dr Zamoyski I feel confident that my health is in good hands. She is an absolute credit to Teams Medical Practise. 10/10, would fall ill again.

All I would ask is that Teams Medical Practise endeavour to make it easier to get an appointment.
