I would suggets that every other surgery in the North East should visit and follow the example of Teams medical practice. The staff are excellent, friendly, welcoming and accomodating. The workers from evolve and the staff in the pharmacy are exactly the same. You can feel the caring nature upon entry to the building. My doctor, Dr Mark Dornan is excellent thanks to all of you and a special thank you to the practice manager sue who got me registered following my first group walk. i am now in recovey. Thank you!

I would like to say the team at the doctors are really nice. I have a worker called Mark and he is really spot on! Dr Cassidy is my doctor and I would praise him all day long. I wouldnt want any other doctor to help me so much, thanks Dr Cassidy

It could be easier to get an appointment in the morning at 8am

All the doctors are very undertsanding, telephone appointments are great also. Several of our family have found that Dr Hett makes comments about being in a hurry or why do you need to see a Dr when you can go to your chemist
