Nurse put me at my ease - Not keen on needles - she was very nice.
Maybe have a bell at reception to attract attention when receptionists are in the back room.

Saving appointment times early morning and late for those who work would be beneficial instead of giving them to those who are retired. Ability to have telephone call if no appointments is very good.
