Saving appointment times early morning and late for those who work would be beneficial instead of giving them to those who are retired. Ability to have telephone call if no appointments is very good.

Everything appointment made to overlap, which meant having to come to twice.
Couldn't find anything to improve. Arthritis needs adding to the list of long-term illness.
