The doctors listen to me, they are caring, they involve me in decisions regarding health. The receptionists are friendly and give you time and are respectful. The surgery waiting area is warm, clean and pleasant, I wouldn't want to change this surgery as it's the best in the area!

I appreciate the friendliness of the reception staff- both on the phone and in person. I am relatively new to the area and this was not always the case in previous GP practices. It makes such a difference! Thank you.
