Dr Ali was very thorough, spent time listening and testing. He was understanding and caring. The appointment had been quickly and there was no waiting time. I prefer the new appointments idea where I can book in advance and ask for a doctor of my choice. I am not too keen on having to describe my symptoms to the receptionist on the phone but I understand the need to prioritise emergency cases.

At present time I do not have a serious illness, mine are minor but always on any visit to the surgery I find a first class service.

A lovely surgery; staff always helpful, GP's caring and I really like the new appointment system as I can book 4 weeks ahead.
