All care was good. Pharmacy is cluttered and better stacking system would reduce waiting.

Dr Ali was very thorough, spent time listening and testing. He was understanding and caring. The appointment had been quickly and there was no waiting time. I prefer the new appointments idea where I can book in advance and ask for a doctor of my choice. I am not too keen on having to describe my symptoms to the receptionist on the phone but I understand the need to prioritise emergency cases.
