The receptionists are always polite and friendly, however busy they are. They go the extra mile to try and accommodate me re appointments or any other request. My GP is Dr Grover always takes the time to listen and where ever possible involves me in decision making regarding my health. As with all things medical I sometimes have to wait, however I know that when my turn comes I will be given as much time as is reasonably possible. The nurses are also very friendly and accommodating. I recently had reason to see the physiotherapist, I believe her name is Deana's. She too, was delightful. Having the pharmacy on site is a great plus. The staff there are also very friendly. This surgery on Shinfield Green feels like the Doctors surgery that I grew up with in Ireland. It feels like a community and we are part of it. I'm sure that the staff behind the scenes, the office manager and her team work very hard to keep it all turning over. As a member of the PPG I feel listened to. I would certainly encourage any one new to the village to use this surgery. We feel very fortunate to have such a facility on our doorstep.
