I have found everyone at the surgery to be supportive, helpful and understanding. Even though the staff and doctors see loads of people every day, I still feel like an individual who has their own problems and needs help in getting to the bottom of it .
I am aware that the have their own lives and that they are a limited number, but a Saturday surgery could be helpful for those who work all week and find if hard to get to a week day appointment, due to the hours worked and distance which the work from calne.
doctor Bowen was very helpful on the phone, very direct. I could not get to surgery so i could not answer the 2nd and 3rd ratings.
My appointment was on time and the examination lasted the amount of time allotted
The nurse was extremely efficient and helpful and kind also understanding
The only downside is the area for parking has no amenities for securing a bicycle and I don’t understand why as parking for cars is ample
I thought my blood test experience was very pleasant today. I only felt the tiniest of pin pricks, as the needle went in.
Thank you to Dr Hughes for her patience and understanding during my “Black Dog” moments . She has helped me overcome and deal with my illness meaning I’m still here able to live etc... very much appreciated from myself and all my family, friends, work colleagues
