Rachel was superb during my annual checkup. She was thorough and discussed my results letting me know that there were improvements from the last year which was very encouraging. She answered my concerns regarding needing a further health checkup and reassured me that it was not necessary as my annual checkup tests were similar to those done in a medical. I left the surgery feeling reassured and less anxious about my health
