Fantastic care and support (as always) for both myself and my son - including a video call.

Just like to thank all the staff at Patford and the other surgeries including Northlands for managing to re-arrange my appointment yesterday. I was very impressed with the way things have been put in place at this difficult time and the staff I encountered were doing an extremely good job under difficult circumstances. Thank you.

Dr Waterhouse called me at home to check on my situation and well - being during the Coronavirus , as I am at high risk. Thank you for the call, it is much appreciated . I have not met Dr Waterhouse, but he across as very pleasant and courteous .
