Changed surgery after thirty years as moved house. Welcomed and felt comfortable. Very thorough competent practice nurse Charlotte . Would not hesitate to recommend this practice

It takes too.lo g to get through and u have to do doctor link which is a waste of time and money

My 5 year old son had to wait 48 hours for a call from a doctor (despite doing doctor link twice and making several calls in to reception for an appointment ) his temp was 38.8, his pulse was 130bpm, his breathing was 27 breaths per min and he was extremely lethargic! None of this was communicated properly despite being told I’d get an urgent call! Disgraceful

Given an appointment out to a child who was poorly and needed to see a doctor!

This surgery has given me excellent treatment previous to the pandemic and during they discovered an eye problem and quickly got me an appointment at Gwh eye clinic. I have ongoing health problems and feel confident with the care I am given. I usually see nurses and they always treat me as an individual and with sensitivity and kindness

Sometimes there are a few blips with I T but these are usually resolved quickly and someone rings me to update me
