I am new at the surgery and so far the experience hasn’t given much of son impression! I have been in the surgery 3 times to make an appointment and for some strange system where the receptionist cannot make doctors appointments! Never come across that one before! Keep getting promises that an appointment will be forthcoming but still waiting! No doubt I will be dead or cured by the time it comes!

Let receptionists make appointments like everywhere else

The young lady from your call centre her name was Mel she was so helpful and kind. She explained everything so well. Please can you thank Mel for me. In the past all the call centre staff have been amazing. As for the receptionist and medical staff are all brilliant, kind, and caring Many thanks Myles

Just look after all your staff, as I know they are all under pressure and work very hard

I find it quicker to go to the surgery than wait for a call to be answered. Once I get an appointment the people are very caring.
