I had a recent fall and have had to use the GP more than I would normally and the experience has been great ! From booking an appointment, the doctor who looked after me, generating a prescription and the community care team. Thank you very much!

unhelpful reception. Called and message was use sys online. did that and I asked if I needed an appointment with doc or hospital and explained the issue and the Surgery I recently had. I didn't get an answer but instead given a link to follow. my advice is don't ask them anything. tell them you need an appointment and let the doctor decide if you need hospital or not. I thought I was calling someone who could advise, they cannot and I was dismissed. Not helpful. I dread making contact with them hope I don't need to again any time soon.

Make me an appointment and not brush me off so I lose a day where I could have joined the long queue.

Requested appointment to see any doctor at Patford House Surgery using the phone service provided specifying at Patford House Surgery appointment booked at Beversbrook Health Centre!! necessary use telephone service provided to make another appointment resulting in near five week delay to see any doctor at Patford House. Seems due to incorrect handling of my original request by the telephone appointment booking service!!

Staff providing the telephone booking service tom pay proper attentionto the request made by the patient.

I don't usually have to contact the Doctors surgery as I have been lucky to be fit, healthy and well. However, after returning from our holiday I required the need for an appointment with a Doctor. I messaged through SystemOnline after a friend recommended it. Straight away, I was given advice, and eventually an appointment next day. I do have prescriptions but this week, I was advised I needed a review. Messaging again through SystemOnline and I was given an appointment with a Clinician and then another for a blood test. All through contacting via SystemOnline I have been dealing with Francesca, who has been absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Francesca, please can the NHS clone you.

Suggested improvements
The referral to Pharmacy doesn't really work. I was advised that the Pharmacy would call me within 4 hours, this was at 10am, by 5pm I was calling the Pharmacy. After 8 attempts to and answer phone and mailbox not receiving messages, the Pharmacist answered, to advise that they don't call patients back.... Somewhere the process is a little broken.
