It was a really bad appointment I went for a blood test which didn’t happen because the doctor couldn’t find my vain and only put the needle in one arm before giving up. Now I have to go to Bath hospital because of the incompetence of one doctor.

I arrived slightly early for my appointment and seen almost straight away. My appointment was with Loay who I have seen several times. He is always so friendly and puts you at ease. He is such a warm and welcoming member of the practice and it is always a delight to visit him.
