Cannot fill in any of the above as my appointment was a telephone call for a medication review. The three stars I have indicated are a polite middle ground as I have not attempted to make an appointment although I understand from reviews that it would be easier to burgle Fort Knox than arrange an appointment in double quick time. However Mel Hayward Dr Church’s PA, has been extraordinarily helpful and so has Laurie the pharmacist. Both highly professional and attentive to my condition and the medication I take.. First class.

See above - But ! A considerable number of reviewers have indicated that some aspects of the practice are appallingly poor. I don’t visit the practice in person so cannot comment on this but there’s no smoke without fire - although I understand that the practice is taking strides to rectify these issues. My message and phone communications with Mel and Laurie have been exemplary so perhaps these two ladies are a cut above. Let’s keep fingers crossed and hope for the best ! Graham Flower.
