My 5 year old son had to wait 48 hours for a call from a doctor (despite doing doctor link twice and making several calls in to reception for an appointment ) his temp was 38.8, his pulse was 130bpm, his breathing was 27 breaths per min and he was extremely lethargic! None of this was communicated properly despite being told I’d get an urgent call! Disgraceful

Given an appointment out to a child who was poorly and needed to see a doctor!
