I was sent a text regarding a flu jab. I was invited as apparently I was eligible. I turned up yesterday and was told that I was no longer eligible. When i contacted the surgery when I was texted I asked why I was eligible and was told that I should take the jab anyway. No one contacted me when they decided I was no longer eligible. The service was disgraceful. This is the fourth appointment that Patford house has messed up. If this continues I will be making a formal complaint. You need to get your act together and treat patients with respect and put effort into getting appointments and treatment right.

Suggested improvements
Your admin team need to document the right appointments. Your doctors and nurses need to be made aware what is actually going on in an appointment. You need to assign properly trained staff to the right appointments. And patients need to be contacted properly when something on their notes changes. To be honest your entire practice needs to be rectified. As stated above, my last four visits to Patford house have been disgraceful. My appointments have been messed around and no one seems to be able to deliver not only good customer service but proper care.
