I have found everyone at the surgery to be supportive, helpful and understanding. Even though the staff and doctors see loads of people every day, I still feel like an individual who has their own problems and needs help in getting to the bottom of it . I am aware that the have their own lives and that they are a limited number, but a Saturday surgery could be helpful for those who work all week and find if hard to get to a week day appointment, due to the hours worked and distance which the work from calne.
